Therefore, the creation of a point of contact was imperative. Alongside the marketing department and the CTO, we figured using the official and existing communication method would be the best bet pointing us to a mailing strategy. I conducted an A/B test on two different designs for mailing notifications, paying close attention to the skimming and understanding ratio.
